If you provide us a digital image of your company logo, we can create a computer-generated facsimile that will display on each of your payroll checks.

Digitized Check Signing
When you provide a signature of an authorized signer on your designated payroll bank account, we can create a computer-generated facsimile that will display on each of your payroll checks every payday.

Check Insertion
Per your instruction, we will insert your signed checks into individual use employee envelopes and return them to your office for sealing.

Check Sealing
We will seal each of your signed checks into individual use employee envelopes and return them to your office for distribution. Note that this feature can only be used in conjunction with Check Insertion.

Employee W-2 and 1099 Printing
For a nominal fee, and provided that Centerpointe Payroll Services has been provided with all the year-to-date information, we will print a W-2 for each employee that earned wages in the current tax year. In addition, we will print a 1099 for every Independent Contractor.

Employer W-2 Filing to the Social Security Administration
For a nominal fee, Centerpointe will send the Employer W-2's to the Social Security Administration. A separate contract service agreement to file Employer W2s must be signed by February 15, 2008 and you will need to provide Centerpointe will all year-to-date payroll information by February 28, 2008.
